LCS students have a variety of opportunities to earn college credit while in high school. We offer the following options for our students:

• Advanced Placement (AP) courses taught here in the building and through Distance Learning. 

• Concurrent Enrollment Course through the following local colleges:

  • Jefferson Community College: EDGE Program

    • Fully online courses taught by JCC professors

  • SUNY Potsdam: College in High School Program

    • Taught by Lisbon Central Teachers for college credit

  • Paul Smith's College: Advanced Studies Program

    • Taught by Lisbon Central Teachers for college credit

• Distance Learning through SLL BOCES

• Dual Enrollment through BOCES CTE Programming

  • Students attending certain CTE programs at Northwest Tech have the opportunity to receive college credit for the coursework they are completing through their BOCES program.
