The School Counseling Office is proud to coordinate all of the junior and senior scholarships for our LCS students. Scholarship opportunities are disseminated to students electronically through their Lisbon Central School email account and posted on this webpage. Students should follow all of the application instructions and adhere to the deadlines for each scholarship to be fully considered as a candidate for the scholarship. Incomplete applications are not considered by the scholarship committees.  

SENIOR SCHOLARSHIPS

JUNIOR SCHOLARSHIPS

There are a few scholarships offered to our juniors throughout the year. Most notable is the Evergreen STEM Scholarship through the Northern New York Community Foundation. This scholarship requires students to complete the application process online. The application for the 2020-2021 school year has closed.

Traditional Junior Scholarships from colleges such as St. Lawrence University, Clarkson University, Elmira College, LeMoyne College, and Wells College to name a few, are awarded to juniors who have a competitive transcript to include a GPA of at least a 90, ranked in the top 5, 10, or 15% of their class, and demonstrated an interest in attending that university.  Qualified juniors are surveyed in February and selections are announced at the Academic Awards Ceremony in June.
