Today, 1/16/24, the "dog" bus run was in process of picking up students on the morning bus run to school when it was backed into by a pick up truck that was plowing a driveway. There were two students, a monitor, and the driver on the school bus and there were no injuries. James Harris was on the scene and another bus was provided to transport the students and complete the bus run.
Thank you to Lisbon Fire and Rescue as well as to the New York State Police for responding and processing the incident. This was a minor property damage accident where the bus was scratched and possibly a minor dent was made on the side of the bus. There was no fault on behalf of the school bus driver.
